Muscles, fitness concepts, exercises, effort
CT Fitness Testing: running, push-ups, curl-ups, stretching
Pedometers: track daily progress to increase aerobic fitness
Increase fitness levels (cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility).

CT Fitness Testing: running, push-ups, curl-ups, stretching

Utilize skills in various situations, including modified game-play.

Basic: throwing, catching, rolling, dribbling, kicking, striking, etc.
Advanced: creating, strategizing, combining multiple skills
Sport-Specific: badminton, volleyball, bowling, hockey, soccer,
frisbee, mini-golf, track and field, circus skills, jump rope, etc.
Increase abilities and confidence levels in a variety of activities.
Utilize skills in various situations, including modified game-play.
Sample Focus:
Basic: throwing, catching, rolling, dribbling, kicking, striking, etc.
Advanced: creating, strategizing, combining multiple skills
Sport-Specific: badminton, volleyball, bowling, hockey, soccer,
frisbee, mini-golf, track and field, circus skills, jump rope, etc.
Cooperative Education
Sample Student Goals:
Create a game or activity to play in class that maximizes participation.
Achieve a goal using alternate means of communication (no talking).
Sample Focus:
Cooperative games, teambuilding, problem-solving, "icebreakers"
Activities: parachute, scooters, cup stacking, initiatives, etc.
Goals: teamwork, responsibility, communication, respect
Create a game or activity to play in class that maximizes participation.
